No Mess Tie Dye

True confessions time: I am not a fan of tie dying.
It’s messy, it stains, and there are multiple steps involved. I’d rather outsource those kinds of projects to camp or play dates at someone else’s house 😂.
But... Sloane has been begging me to tie dye some masks. I was putting her off until I saw my good friend Jen @mamapapabubba set up a no-mess tie dye party for her daughter G!
Cue me hopping on Amazon and ordering ALL the supplies to do the same thing, but with masks for Sloane.

How to faux tie dye your masks:
Set out a tray with a lip. That way you don’t have to worry about anything spilling over onto the table if anyone gets overly enthusiastic.
Invite your child to color on the mask with the sharpies.
Once colored, use the dropper to drop rubbing alcohol onto the ink. Watch the ink bleed and mimic a tie dye effect.
Hang masks to dry and that’s it!! No mess, no fuss tie dye.
Note: The colors will continue to bleed as the masks dry.
